About Villa
With an ideal location in the heart of Seminyak, This villa is a three-bedroom holiday home featuring a rustic, traditional and authentically Balinese décor and design. Outdoor and Pool area
Surrounded by the main living pavilions, the swimming pool resides in the middle with a sea green hue that invites you in. Bordering the pool is a dense and lush tropical vegetation to add a natural flair to the outdoor yard. As you lounge on the sun chairs placed beside the pool, you can breathe in the fresh air and relax in the tranquility afforded by the exclusive location. The wooden pool deck also houses a traditional bale which is home to a daybed with comfortable and colorful cushions, to lie back on after a refreshing dip in the pool.

Living Areas
This villa features an open-sided living pavilion which is separated by the pool deck by bamboo blinds that can be drawn or let down as per your preference. Flooding the room with natural sunlight and the fresh air, the open-concept allows you to really make the most of the villa’s location in Seminyak. You can enjoy a private time with your loved ones while all of you rest on the comfortable sofas placed in the sitting area. The rustic furniture faces a massive flat-screen TV and DVD player where you can enjoy watching films as well. Indoor plants work as air-fresheners providing you with a nice ambiance for you to relax in.
The wooden dining table consists of six to eight rattan chairs, a place for you to enjoy your meals as you look out at the beautiful scenery outdoors. The high-vaulted ceiling is traditionally Balinese and provides an authentic experience. Modern comforts are infused with traditional décor, as you will see with the fully-equipped kitchen which has every appliance and amenity that you could need for cooking. The living area is speckled with Balinese artefacts and décor to enhance the richness of the space.

Bedrooms
The three bedroom suites are located around the swimming pool giving you direct access through paneled glass doors. The vintage furniture gives the rooms an old-world charm and the beautiful artwork makes them a more cheerful and vibrant ambiance. Each of the bedrooms is furnished with king-sized beds and the glass windows have beautiful drapes to keep the light out or for a nice, soft light streaming into the rooms. The rooms are air-conditioned and have writing desks where you can work. The en-suite bathrooms are equally spacious and rustic with natural stone basins, bathtubs, sandpapered walls and bamboo screen creating a soothing space for you to enjoy a luxurious bath.

Gado Gado beach is only 10-minutes walking from the villa, placing you at a convenient location in Seminyak. Oberoi’s popular ‘eat-street’ is home to the best restaurants and bars including La Favela, Mutiara and La Lucciola. If it is beach clubs you are looking for then Ku De Ta and Potato Head!
